These Terms govern your use of Faceo, operated by Muneeb Rafi (Pakistan) (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. Please read them carefully — they include important limitations on liability.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Faceo. By using the app you represent that you are 18 or older.

2. What Faceo is — and isn’t

Faceo provides cosmetic, grooming, and lifestyle guidance for informational and self-improvement purposes only.

Faceo is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical, dermatological, psychological, or other professional advice. Scores and plans are AI-generated estimates, not diagnoses or guarantees of any result. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

3. Your content and consent

You are responsible for the photos you submit and confirm you have the right to submit them. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide your results, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Facial analysis is performed only with your consent. You can withdraw consent and delete your data at any time.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Faceo offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Pricing and any introductory offer are shown before purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit photos of other people without permission, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

Faceo and its content (excluding your photos and data) are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that results are accurate, that the app is error-free, or that any cosmetic outcome will be achieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
